They have a large selection of indoor plants with various sizes. I picked up a few plants here a couple of months ago and they’re still super happy and healthy. The staff is really friendly and helpful, and the prices are reasonable.

I don't just hand out 5 stars very often but Deep Roots and their excellent staff deserves it. Yes the plants aren't as cheap as Home Depot but unlike the big box stores, the plants here aren't about to die and are incredibly healthy and high quality. Deep Roots has a fantastic selection of pots and plants and whatever else you might need. I find it very difficult to leave without adopting another plant baby every time I stop in. And I'd much rather support an actual independent local southbay business anyway.

This is such a fantastic nursery. The selection of plants is truly so vast, it’s hard to take in all the varieties. This is one of the biggest indoor plant selection I’ve seen. All plants are happy, and very reasonably priced. In addition to plants, they have extensive inventory of pots and plant related needs. I bought a beautiful handmade pot they have commissioned from local artists. Josh walked me through the nursery and he was so kind, and informative. I will definitely be visiting more frequently.

I’m convinced the holidays officially started the second I walked into Deep Roots Garden Center in Torrance. I left with the most beautiful Christmas tree and a smile that lasted the whole drive home. I picked up my tree late last week, and it has completely brightened my house. It’s fresh, full, and has that amazing Christmas scent that makes you want to turn on festive music immediately. Their trees always last so long, and this one is already perfect. The service was wonderful. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and ready to help me find the tree I had pictured. They loaded it onto my car so carefully, even adding a piece of cardboard underneath to protect my roof and securing everything to make sure it made it home safely. Such a thoughtful touch. Everyone was friendly and easy to talk to, which made the whole experience feel effortless and fun. They also have a great variety of indoor plants and succulents, so I’m excited to come back soon. Five stars without hesitation. If you’re looking for a beautiful Christmas tree and a genuinely pleasant experience, this is the place to go!
